Silicone Sex Dolls: 4 Picks, 1 to Skip, and Why the Core Matters
Straight up: Everything here is true to the best of my knowledge on the day I checked it. Prices, specs and stock change, so I can't guarantee every last detail. The store's listing at checkout is what counts. Fine print.

The silicone sex doll I’d buy in 2026 has foam inside it. Starpery’s own body list puts the 5’2” frame its Mio doll is built on at 24.6 kg (54.2 lb) in silicone, without the head. Zelex’s 5’3” Eva lists 90.6 lb, as of October 2026.
That’s about 36 lb apart on paper, if she’s built in silicone, and Starpery’s foam core is the likely reason.
Buy silicone if you can spend $1,200 to $2,200 and you’ll keep the doll for years. Under about $1,500, a full body is TPE. If it’s your first doll, buy TPE and save the money.
Heads up, I make a few bucks if you buy through my links, but that doesn’t change what I tell you. I’ll still tell you which ones I would avoid.
What a silicone sex doll is, and who should buy one
A silicone sex doll is a doll whose skin is cast from silicone rubber, which is non-porous and usually costs more than TPE. “Full silicone” means body and head. “Hybrid” means a silicone head on a TPE body.
Silicone’s big selling point is hygiene. Ontario’s Simcoe Muskoka health unit says silicone has a non-porous surface where bacteria and viruses don’t get trapped. TPE, the cheaper soft plastic, is porous, so Bedsider says it can be cleaned but not sanitized. The cost-per-month math is in my TPE vs silicone breakdown.
Get silicone if you’ve owned a doll before and $1,200 to $2,200 won’t hurt. Skip it if this is your first doll. A TPE doll at half the price tells you whether you’re into this first.
Why two silicone dolls 1 cm apart weigh 36 lb apart
A silicone doll’s weight is set by its core. Some makers now pour the silicone over a foam core, and that changes everything about carrying it.
Starpery calls its version Weight Reduction 4.0. It says the tech took its 172 cm body from 35-plus kg down to 29 kg. That’s maker data, not a lab test.
The gap, as of October 2026:
| Starpery Mio | Zelex SLE Eva | |
|---|---|---|
| Height | 5’2” (159 cm) | 5’3” (160 cm) |
| Weight | 54.2 lb (24.6 kg), silicone body on Starpery’s chart, no head | 90.6 lb (41 kg) on the listing |
| Core | Foam (W.R. 4.0) | Not stated |
| Price, free shipping | $1,850 at RealSexDoll, from $2,499 at Starpery | $1,600 at RealSexDoll |
One centimetre apart, both sold as full silicone, about 36 lb apart. Add 5.5 lb for Mio’s head and it’s still about 31 lb. One is a carry you can manage. The other is a damn heavy carry to the shower every time.
Starpery’s 159 cm E-cup chart, the frame Mio is built on, puts the TPE version at 30.8 kg (67.9 lb), about 14 lb heavier. So even a TPE-bodied Mio with a head would be about 17 lb under Eva.
Hybrid sex dolls: a silicone face on a TPE body
A hybrid sex doll is a TPE body with a silicone head. So you clean and carry a TPE doll, 67.9 lb instead of 54.2 lb on Starpery’s 159 cm frame. Trust the spec block and checkout option, not the tags.
There’s no hybrid pick yet, because the one US-stock hybrid I checked failed my adults-only screen.
What to check on a silicone listing
Check four things before the face: weight, core, body material and skeleton. Then the price with shipping and where she ships from.
| Spec | What it means in plain words | What I want to see |
|---|---|---|
| Weight | What the doll weighs | A number that matches the maker’s own chart |
| Core | Whether there’s foam inside (Starpery calls it W.R. 4.0) | Named on the listing, not just “lightweight” |
| Body material | Full silicone, or a TPE body with a silicone head | “Full silicone” in the spec block and the order option |
| Skeleton | The metal frame. Starpery’s is the Gear Skeleton, Zelex’s is EXP. | A named skeleton |
“Fixed vagina” means built in, not a removable insert. And the head often isn’t in the weight. Starpery’s charts are headless, and the Hao listing gives its Starpery head at 2-2.5 kg (4.4-5.5 lb), so I add 5.5 lb.
The silicone sex doll picks (October 2026)
Four silicone dolls I’d buy and one I would avoid, each with a full spec row. I link RealSexDoll, Starpery and Tantaly, and I may earn from all three. It’s specs and listings only, and I haven’t handled these dolls.
Starpery weights come from Starpery’s own body charts. Mira’s matches her listing. Mio’s chart is 2.4 lb (1.1 kg) above her listing, so I use the chart. Queen isn’t charted, so hers is the listing’s.
Which store for the Starpery dolls? RealSexDoll, for the price. Starpery lists it as an authorized vendor, which Starpery says gets you the official warranty. It has Mio and Mira in US stock, out in 2 to 5 business days. Starpery direct builds to order (5 to 10 business days, then 5 to 12 to ship), and you pick the material at checkout.

| Pick | Best for | Height | Weight | Price, shipped |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starpery Mio | Best overall (confirm her build first) | 5’2” (159 cm) | 54.2 lb, no head, on Starpery’s chart | $1,850 |
| Tantaly Emilia | Cheapest way in (no head) | 32.7 in (83 cm) half-body | 34 lb | $1,199.99 |
| Starpery Mira | Curvy build | 5’6” (168 cm) | 87.1 lb | $2,149 |
| Zelex SLE Eva | Lowest full silicone price | 5’3” (160 cm) | 90.6 lb | $1,600 |
| Starpery Queen torso | Skip it | 3’5” (105 cm) | 57.3 lb | $1,699 |
Starpery Mio: best silicone overall, once the build is confirmed

The lightest full-size silicone doll I found, and my pick for most guys who want silicone, on one condition. Before you pay, get RealSexDoll to confirm her weight and material, body and head, in writing.
| Spec | Mio |
|---|---|
| Height | 5’2” (159 cm) |
| Weight | 51.8 lb (23.5 kg) in RealSexDoll’s spec block. The same page’s tags file her under 30-35 kg and 35-40 kg (66 to 88 lb). Starpery’s chart puts the 159 cm body at 54.2 lb (24.6 kg) in silicone and 67.9 lb (30.8 kg) in TPE, no head |
| Material | Spec block and order option say full silicone. The same page’s tags also say “Silicone Head & TPE body”. W.R. 4.0 foam core, E-cup, gel breasts |
| Skeleton | Upgraded Gear Skeleton, standing feet, fixed vagina |
| Package | 150 x 40 x 28 cm (59 x 15.7 x 11 in) |
| Price | $1,850 at RealSexDoll, free shipping, US stock. Or from $2,499 at Starpery, made to order, tax included, free shipping. |
| Canada | No Canada-stock Mio at either store that I could find. Both ship free, and both list duties prepaid for most countries. |
What’s good: a whole 5’2” body that weighs about the same as the Queen torso. Even with 5.5 lb added for a head, she’s 27 to 31 lb under the heavy silicone dolls here.
What’s crap: her own listing can’t settle her weight or what she’s made of. That’s sloppy on an $1,850 doll. Her spec block, order option and Starpery’s chart point to silicone, but that’s my read, not the store’s word.
Why she’s still the pick: even the TPE reading, 67.9 lb plus a head, leaves her about 17 lb under Eva. Get the written confirmation before you pay, not after.
Skip it if the store won’t confirm silicone in writing. Buy direct from Starpery instead, pick silicone at checkout, and pay $649 more for certainty. Starpery says you also get factory photos and video of the actual doll, unclothed and unedited, after you buy. Want curves? Mio is slim, with 86 cm (33.9 in) hips.
Tantaly Emilia: best cheap way into silicone

A headless silicone half-body for $650 less than Mio, at 34 lb.
| Spec | Emilia |
|---|---|
| Height | 32.7 in (83 cm), half-body with thighs, no head |
| Weight (doll / boxed) | 34 lb / 49.6 lb (22.5 kg). The listing also prints 15.8 kg, which is 34.8 lb. |
| Material | Silicone outer layer over a lightweight filling |
| Skeleton | Upgraded EVO skeleton, fully articulated |
| Box | 36.6 x 18.1 x 12.6 in (93 x 46 x 32 cm) |
| Price | $1,199.99 at Tantaly, free US shipping, 3-5 business days |
| Canada | CA$1,359.99 at Tantaly Canada, free shipping, 5-7 business days by UPS or Canada Post |
What’s good: Tantaly says the build cuts weight by about 40% against normal silicone bodies, from 61 lb to 34 lb. She’s the only pick here under 51 lb.
What’s crap: the light build has a vent. Tantaly says to fit the white waterproof plug before cleaning and to “Never submerge the product in water”, so no soaking it in the tub, ever.
Skip it if you want a head on day one. It takes one, but that’s a separate purchase I haven’t priced. My rundown of torso dolls has TPE versions for less.
Starpery Mira: best curvy silicone

A 5’6” BBW build in full silicone, at 87.1 lb.
| Spec | Mira |
|---|---|
| Height | 5’6” (168 cm) |
| Weight | 87.1 lb (39.5 kg) with W.R. 4.0. That matches Starpery’s 168 cm H-cup chart, which puts the TPE version at 118.2 lb (53.6 kg). |
| Material | Full silicone, H-cup, gel breasts |
| Skeleton | Upgraded Gear Skeleton, standing feet, fixed vagina |
| Package | 165 x 49 x 35 cm (65 x 19.3 x 13.8 in) |
| Price | $2,149 at RealSexDoll, free shipping, US stock. Or from $3,080 at Starpery, made to order. |
| Canada | No Canada-stock Mira at either store that I could find. Both ship free, with duties prepaid for most countries. |
What’s good: 44.5 in (113 cm) hips and a 40 in (101.5 cm) bust, and she still weighs 3.5 lb less than the shorter Zelex Eva. In TPE, that same body would be 31 lb heavier.
What’s crap: 87 lb is still 87 lb, in a box 65 inches long. Hope your hallway doesn’t have a tight corner.
Skip it if you’re on stairs without help. Get Emilia, or a curvy TPE torso.
Zelex SLE Eva: best price on a full silicone body

The cheapest full silicone doll here, and the heaviest. The listing names no core. One Reddit commenter says the SLE line ships with weight reduction, so the label tells you nothing about the weight.
| Spec | Eva |
|---|---|
| Height | 5’3” (160 cm) |
| Weight | 90.6 lb (41 kg) as printed |
| Material | Full silicone, Zelex’s SLE line, J-cup |
| Skeleton | Zelex EXP, standing feet, fixed vagina, wig |
| Package | Not listed |
| Price | $1,600 at RealSexDoll, free shipping, US stock |
| Canada | The listing says Canadian SLE orders ship from China, full-size dolls only |
What’s good: $250 under Mio for a full silicone body in a US warehouse. Her filter table (40-45 kg) agrees with her spec block.
What’s crap: one centimetre taller than Mio, about 67% heavier.
Skip it if you can’t lift 90 lb to the shower alone. Pay the $250 for Mio. It works out to about $6.90 a pound you never have to lift.
Starpery Queen torso: skip it

A 3’5” silicone torso that weighs about the same as Mio’s whole 5’2” body, for $151 less.
| Spec | Queen |
|---|---|
| Height | 3’5” (105 cm), torso |
| Weight | “26/33kg” as printed, which reads like silicone / TPE the way Starpery’s charts pair them. So 26 kg (57.3 lb) in silicone. |
| Material | Silicone, W.R. 4.0, hard silicone head |
| Skeleton | Upgraded Gear Skeleton, fixed vagina |
| Package | Not listed |
| Price | $1,699 at RealSexDoll, free shipping, US stock |
| Canada | RealSexDoll has her in Canada stock at $1,599 |
What’s good: in stock on both sides of the border, head included.
What’s crap: the whole point of a torso is less weight. This one is 57.3 lb, against 54.2 lb for Mio’s whole body on Starpery’s chart. “Torso” is doing a hell of a lot of work in that title.
I would avoid it. Pay $151 more for Mio and you get the legs. Or get Emilia for $499 less at 34 lb, and budget for a head.
Weight and storage: where silicone actually wins
Only Emilia comes in under 51 lb (23 kg). Mio misses it by about 3 lb before the head, going by Starpery’s chart. That’s roughly the most one person should lift with a perfect grip, and a floppy doll never gives you one.
My full-size doll picks are mostly TPE and run 72.8 to 90.6 lb. If she’s silicone, Mio comes in about 13 to 19 lb under the lightest of them, depending on her head.
Storage goes by box, not skin: 59 inches long for Mio, 65 for Mira, 37 for Emilia, small enough for a closet shelf. Punch your pick into the Can I lift it? check with 5.5 lb added for the head.
Light silicone, firm feel: what foam-core owners report
Owners say the foam that makes silicone light can also make it firmer, and the skin over foam and gel is where they report tears. That covers Mio, Mira and Queen (W.R. 4.0) and Eva (Zelex SLE). These are early owner posts, not tests.
u/Bigg-Sipp reviewed a weight-reduced 160 cm J-cup Zelex SLE, Eva’s size, under 10 uses in. Soft skin, but what Bigg-Sipp believes is a foam core made the body stiff:
“Like a soft carpet on a hardwood floor.”
u/DegreeHorror9396 sees it the other way on a 172e SLE: firmer reads as more real. So firm is a taste call. Both posts are from 2024 and name no SLE version. Eva is sold as SLE 3.0.
On damage, u/OkChampionship1173 put it in one line:
“gel + weight reduction close to surface = easily torn silicone after sitting for even a few hours.”
That’s one owner’s claim. u/ParallelAsparagus adds a small spot where foam pokes into an opening on a weight-reduced Starpery.
How to live with a foam core:
- Cuddle more than you carry? Ask Starpery if your build can skip weight reduction, but expect more weight.
- Don’t leave her sitting for hours. That’s the position OkChampionship1173 blames.
- Shine a flashlight into the openings after cleaning. If foam shows, send the seller photos that day.
How to clean a silicone sex doll
Wash it after every use with mild soap and warm water, dry it fully, and keep silicone lube off it. Easier than TPE, but still work.
- Lube: water-based. The Simcoe Muskoka guide and Tantaly both say no silicone lube on silicone.
- Nicks: that guide warns cuts in silicone can trap bacteria. Check the openings every time.
- Cleaners: Tantaly says no hard brushes, strong acids, alkaline cleaners or alcohol-based products.
- Clothes: Starpery’s FAQ warns that dark or bright clothing can stain the skin, silicone included. Wash new clothes until the water runs clear.
Don’t buy silicone thinking it’s tougher. It cleans better, but it marks, tears and loses paint if you’re rough moving it. In a two-month damage report on a silicone doll, the owner listed worn paint, popped nails, torn feet and a thigh cut on a door trim. Carry her, don’t drag her.
All four full-body and torso picks have fixed vaginas, so she goes to the shower. My step-by-step cleaning guide has the routine. Health questions go to your doctor.
Consider this before buying
Skip the heavy silicone and the heavy torso. Pay for the lighter core.
- Skip Zelex SLE Eva if you live alone, get Mio. $250 more, and about 36 lb lighter on paper, once the store confirms she’s silicone.
- I would avoid the Starpery Queen torso and get Mio or Emilia instead. A torso that weighs the same as a full body is backwards.
- Skip a hybrid if you’re buying silicone for hygiene, get full silicone. The hybrid body is still TPE.
- Buying Starpery from either store? Check the anti-fake code when she arrives. Starpery says the code works for 24 hours after the first check.
- In Canada? Emilia (tantaly.ca, in CAD) and Queen (RealSexDoll’s Canada stock) are already here. The rest ship from the US or China, duty prepaid in most countries. More in my Canadian customs breakdown.
Get the build in writing before you get attached to the face.
Cheers, Craig
