AI Sex Dolls: What $3,199 Actually Buys You
Straight up: Everything here is true to the best of my knowledge on the day I checked it. Prices, specs and stock change, so I can't guarantee every last detail. The store's listing at checkout is what counts. Fine print.

AI sex dolls you can actually order in October 2026 are a regular TPE doll (TPE is a soft rubbery plastic) with a talking robot head on top. The cheapest ones I could spec cost $3,199 to $3,399, and by the store’s own starting prices, the talking part is about $2,000 of that.
That $2,000 buys a head that moves its eyes and lips and chats in English or Chinese. It doesn’t buy a body that moves. I call it the $2,000 conversation, and most guys should keep the money.
Heads up, I make a few bucks if you buy through my links, but that doesn’t change what I tell you. I’ll still tell you which ones I would avoid.
Specs and listings only on this page. I haven’t handled any of these dolls, and every buyer quote links to the listing it came from.
What an AI sex doll actually is
An AI sex doll is a doll whose head holds a small computer, a speaker, a microphone, a battery and motors for the face. Below the neck it’s the same TPE doll you’d buy anyway.
TPE is cheaper and softer than silicone, but it’s porous, so it needs more cleaning. AiniDoll sells its own blend as “M-TPE”.
“Robot sex doll”, “sex robot” and “sex bot” are other names for it. In every listing I could spec, they all mean this same product.
Here’s what the AiniDoll AI listings actually promise:
- Talking: “Cloud based artificial intelligence”. The listing says “She holds non-sexual and sexual conversations interactively”, in Chinese or English.
- Face: motors for eyelids, eyeballs, lips and neck. Lips sync to her voice.
- Body: 14 touch sensors, moaning, and body heating to 98.6°F, all included.
- What you lose: the mouth. The AI listings print “N/A for AI Doll” under oral, because the mouth is full of moving parts.
What it doesn’t do is walk, sit up, hug you or move a limb by itself. You pose it like any other doll.
How much does a robot sex doll cost?
The AI dolls I could spec run $3,199 to $3,399 with free economy shipping, as of October 2026. RealDoll’s robot, from the Las Vegas maker, costs $21,999, and you can’t buy it yet.
RealDoll’s shop prices its four Realdoll Robot models at $21,999 each. Its robot page says “Coming Soon” with a waitlist, and lists the AI companion as “Launching 2026”. It’s October.
The same page says the body “is not equipped with animatronic parts yet”. So even at $21,999, the body doesn’t move by itself. You pose it, like the $3,199 ones below. That’s a hell of a price for a face that blinks.
I’m not picking it, because it’s on a waitlist and the robot page gives no battery spec. The full price math on premium dolls is in my sex doll cost breakdown.
Store facts: RealDoll · Type: maker-direct (brand’s own store) · Storefront: online, with factory pickup mentioned on the order page · Based in: Las Vegas, Nevada, USA · Ships from: Las Vegas, Nevada · Ships to: US and international, except South America and the Middle East (including India) · Canada: international freight from $1,100, the crate goes to the nearest customs office, and you clear it and pay duties and taxes
What to check before you pay for a talking head
Check six things: what the brain runs on, how it connects, the battery, what moves, what it weighs and what you can return. Most AI listings skip at least two.
| Spec | What it means in plain words | What the AiniDoll AI listings say |
|---|---|---|
| Brain | The computer and operating system in the head | 1 GB RAM, Android 5.1 |
| Connection | Whether she needs your Wi-Fi to talk | Cloud-based AI, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Ethernet port |
| Battery | What powers the head | 6,800 mAh polymer battery, charged at 12.6 V 500 mA |
| What moves | Head and face only, or more | Eyelids, eyeballs, lips, neck |
| Weight | The whole doll, head included | 90.3 to 94.7 lb (41 to 43 kg) as listed on the three below |
| Returns | What happens if you hate her | Cancel within an hour of ordering, minus a 10% fee. After that, refunds only if she arrives seriously damaged. “All sales are final” |
Android 5.1 is a phone system Google rolled out in March 2015. That’s what runs the head on a $3,000 doll. Don’t pay for the AI expecting the smarts of a current phone.
“Cloud based” means the talking happens on someone else’s computer over your internet. The product pages don’t say where your conversations go or who keeps them. Ask in writing before you buy, and don’t pay if they can’t answer.
Three AI sex dolls I could spec, and two cheaper buys (October 2026)
Buy Layla if you’re set on AI. Buy Laila Classic if you’re not. All three AI picks come from AiniDoll, the only store on my seller list where I could fill a full spec row for an AI doll this month. I’d rather show you three AI dolls and two better buys than pad this list.
All three AI dolls are built to order. The listing says to allow 2-5 days for assembly, then up to a week by air or about a month by cargo. Economy cargo is the default. Air is $399.99 extra.
| Pick | Best for | Height | Listed weight | Price (free economy shipping) |

| AINI Jennifer | Fuller F-cup body | 5’3” (160 cm) | 94.7 lb (43 kg) | $3,299 |
| AINI Alice | Skip it | 5’6” (167 cm) | 90.3 lb, or 109 lb | $3,399 |

AINI Layla: best price on a talking doll

The cheapest talking sex doll I could spec, and the one I’d pick if you’re set on AI.
| Spec | Layla |
|---|---|
| Height | 168 cm, C-cup. The listing prints both 5’5” and 5’6”. |
| Weight | 90.3 lb (41 kg). Boxed not listed. |
| Material | M-TPE |
| Skeleton | “Fully articulated free movable metal skeleton” |
| AI hardware | Android 5.1, Wi-Fi, 6,800 mAh battery, face motors |
| Price | $3,199 at AiniDoll, free economy shipping, built to order |
What’s good: $100 under Jennifer for the same head hardware. Layla’s weight and measurements match the 168 cm “Straight” body in the store’s body guide, listed at 91 lb.
What’s not so good: the description calls her “short in stature”. She’s 168 cm. Whoever wrote that copy wasn’t reading the spec sheet, which tells you how much damn care went into the listing.
Skip it if you want curves. Layla is the slim, straight body with a C-cup. Jennifer is the fuller one.
AINI Jennifer: best for a fuller F-cup body

The AI doll to get if you want an F-cup and a heavier, curvier build, and can carry 94.7 lb.
| Spec | Jennifer |
|---|---|
| Height | 5’3” (160 cm), F-cup |
| Weight | 94.7 lb (43 kg). Boxed not listed. |
| Material | M-TPE |
| Skeleton | “Fully articulated free movable metal skeleton” |
| AI hardware | Android 5.1, Wi-Fi, 6,800 mAh battery, face motors |
| Price | $3,299 at AiniDoll, free economy shipping, built to order |
What’s good: her weight and measurements line up with the 160 cm “Plump” body in AiniDoll’s AI body type guide: 95 lb, 88 cm bust, 89 cm hips. A verified buyer wrote in 2021 in Jennifer’s reviews, “She is more realistic than I expected.”
What’s crap: that same buyer added, “there will be a little bit learn curve to master her.” Another 2021 buyer wrote, “I am still trying to figure out the DIY programming.” At $3,299, I’d want it to work out of the box.
I would avoid it if you live alone on the second floor. She’s the heaviest AI doll here at 94.7 lb, and the shower doesn’t come to her.
AINI Alice: skip it
I would avoid it. Her listing can’t tell you whether she weighs 90 lb or 109 lb.
| Spec | Alice |
|---|---|
| Height | 167 cm, F-cup “BBW”. The title says 5’6”, the table says 5ft 5in. |
| Weight | 90.3 lb (41 kg) on the listing. The store’s body guide says 109 lb (49 kg) for this body. |
| Body and head | M-TPE, metal skeleton, the same AI head as Layla and Jennifer |
| Price | $3,399 at AiniDoll, free economy shipping, built to order. No link from me, she’s a skip. |
What’s good: the face in the listing photos. That’s about it.
What’s crap: Alice’s listing prints the same weight and measurements as Layla’s: 90.3 lb, 78 cm bust, 88 cm hips. Her measurements tab even says “168cm / Straight” and C cup, which is Layla’s body. The body guide lists the 167 cm BBW body at 109 lb, with a 96 cm bust and 105 cm hips. That’s bullshit on a $3,399 doll.
Who should skip it: everyone, for now. 18.7 lb is the difference between a heavy carry and a two-person job. Get Layla, or skip AI.
AINI Laila Classic: best for keeping the AI money

Near-same height and build as Layla, no robot head, $2,519.01 cheaper on a warehouse sale.
| Spec | Laila Classic |
|---|---|
| Height | 5’5” (166 cm), C-cup, “Super Model” body. The title says 5’6”. |
| Weight | 82.9 lb (37.6 kg). Box 60.6 x 15.7 x 11.8 in (154 x 41 x 29 cm). |
| Material | M-TPE |
| Skeleton | Steel skeleton, standing feet included |
| Mouth | Oral depth 4.9 in (12 cm) |
| Price | $679.99 at AiniDoll, down from $1,599.99. Free US mainland shipping, from the LA warehouse, usually within 24-48 hours |
What’s good: she ships in days. She weighs 7.4 lb less than Layla on paper, and she keeps the mouth the AI dolls give up.
What’s not so good: Edward, a verified buyer, wrote in 2022 in Laila’s reviews, “Her weight is a bit higher than expected as well.” He added, “She’s toting closer the 90 pound mark”. So plan for 90. The listing also says it’s a warehouse sale, so you can’t add heating, sensors or a voice to her.
Skip it if talking really is the point for you. Then buy Layla, and know what the money buys. The $2,519 gap is against a sale price. AiniDoll’s own AI vs classic comparison starts AI dolls at $3,299 and classics at $1,299, which puts the AI part at $2,000. Layla undercuts that starting price, so against a $1,299 classic her premium is $1,900. That $2,000 also covers the heating, touch sensors and moaning, which the same page says are paid add-ons on classics.
Tantaly Britney 2.0: best for the cheapest start

If you’ve never owned a doll and have under $500, start here.
| Spec | Britney 2.0 |
|---|---|
| Height | 19.3 in (49 cm) overall, torso, no head |
| Weight (doll / boxed) | 27.3 lb (12.4 kg) / 35.9 lb (16.3 kg). Box 22.2 x 17.5 x 11.4 in. |
| Material | TPE, gel breasts (cup size not listed as a letter) |
| Skeleton | Non-movable waist joint, no leg joints |
| Price | $399.99 at Tantaly, free US shipping, ships within 48 hours in stock, 3-5 business days |
What’s good: it’s $2,799 less than the cheapest AI doll and weighs less than a third of one. There’s nothing to charge and nothing to put on your Wi-Fi.
What’s not so good: it’s a torso. You get the middle of a doll and nobody to talk to.
Skip it if you’ve already owned a doll and know you want a full body. My guide to torso dolls has heavier ones with legs.
Store facts: Tantaly · Type: maker-direct (brand’s own store) · Storefront: online only · Based in: US address (c/o Hebron, KY) · Ships from: US · Ships to: US, free, 3-5 business days · Canada: separate store at tantaly.ca
The electrician’s read on the battery
The head runs on a lithium pack, and the listing tells you less about it than the label on a drill battery. I’m an electrician, so I read this line before I look at the face.
The AI listings say “Built-in 6800MAH polymer battery” and “Head charging 12.6V 500MA”. Lithium-ion cells typically charge to 4.20 V per cell, so 12.6 V points to three cells in series. That’s my reading. The listing doesn’t say it.
Now the charge time. If that 6,800 mAh is the pack’s real rating, a 500 mA charger needs at least 13.6 hours to fill it from empty. That’s my estimate. The listing doesn’t give a charge time.
Run time is just as fuzzy. Asked about battery life in Alice’s Q&A, the store answered, “The battery can last for a few hours. If you usu it for a couple of hours every day, she can work for a few days without charging.” Neither answer gives you a number of hours you can plan around.
Here’s what I’d do, going by NFPA’s lithium-ion battery safety tips:
- Use the charger it came with. NFPA says to “use only the charging equipment that is supplied with your device.” The AI package list doesn’t name a charger, so ask the seller to confirm one’s in the box before you pay.
- Don’t leave it on the charger. Unplug it when it’s full. NFPA’s wording is “Stop charging a battery once it is full.”
- Watch for damage. Stop using it if you notice “an unusual odor, excessive heat, popping sounds, swelling, or change in color.”
- Look for a lab mark. The tip is to buy batteries “listed by a nationally recognized testing laboratory”. In plain words, that’s a mark from a lab like UL, CSA Group or Intertek, all on OSHA’s list of recognized labs. I won’t put a device without one in a customer’s house, and I’d hold a doll’s charger to the same bar. The AI listings I checked don’t name a lab.
- Charge in a dry room, on a hard surface. Not the bathroom. A GFCI is the outlet with the test and reset buttons, and it cuts the power when current leaks somewhere it shouldn’t, like through water. The US code calls for one on every bathroom receptacle, and the Canadian code near sinks and showers, per a 2010 IAEI rundown. It’s a backstop, not a reason to charge her next to the tub.
Body heating comes included on these dolls too, at 98.6°F. My heated doll guide covers how long I’d run it and why I never leave it on unattended.
Weight and storage: she’s still a 90 lb carry
Every AI doll on this page is 39 to 58 lb past what one person should be hauling alone. The robot head doesn’t make her any easier to carry.
Where the line sits: most people shouldn’t lift much past 51 lb (23 kg) on their own, and that’s with the load hugged close, a good grip and no twisting. A floppy doll gives you none of that.
- Layla: 90.3 lb. 39.3 lb over.
- Jennifer: 94.7 lb. 43.7 lb over.
- Alice: 90.3 or 109 lb, depending on which page you believe. Up to 58 lb over.
- Laila Classic: 82.9 lb listed, 31.9 lb over, but closer to 39 lb over by one buyer’s estimate.
- Britney 2.0: 27.3 lb. The only one under the line.
Storage is the same as any 5’3” to 5’6” doll. Laila’s box is 60.6 inches long. The AI listings don’t print a box size, so plan for one just as long. Run your pick through the Can I lift it? check before you order.
Cleaning a doll with a computer in her head
Clean the body like any TPE doll, and keep water away from the head. The AI listings don’t give the head a water rating, so I’d treat it like any electronics: never wet, and never on the charger while you’re cleaning.
That part is my advice. The body is TPE, so the usual rules apply: warm water, mild soap, dry every opening fully. My step-by-step cleaning guide walks through it.
Consider this before buying
I would avoid the talking head unless you’ve already owned a doll and the conversation is the reason you’re buying.
- Skip AINI Alice, get Layla. The listing can’t tell you what she weighs.
- Skip AI as a first doll, get Laila Classic. $2,519.01 less on the current sale, shipped in days, and you keep the mouth. Under $500, get Britney 2.0 instead.
- I would avoid the $21,999 robot until it ships. “Coming Soon” in October of its launch year is a waitlist, not a product.
- Skip any doll if what you want is the tech. App-controlled strokers are the other way to get tech in the bedroom, with no 90 lb body to haul. They’re in my male masturbator rundown.
- Want a cheap talking doll? There isn’t one yet. $3,199 is the floor I found, so I’ll update this page when that changes.
Will the AI doll remember your birthday? Maybe. A calendar reminder does it for free.
Cheers, Craig
