Anime Sex Dolls: 4 Adult Picks That Passed My Face-and-Frame Test

Straight up: Everything here is true to the best of my knowledge on the day I checked it. Prices, specs and stock change, so I can't guarantee every last detail. The store's listing at checkout is what counts. Fine print.

The anime sex doll I’d buy first is a $2,249 full silicone doll with an anime-coloured wig on a realistic adult face. If you want a true anime face, big eyes and all, the two that passed my screen are $3,150 each. All of them are made to order, so plan on weeks, not days. Prices are as of October 2026, in USD, with free shipping.

Before any of that, here’s my line. Adult characters with adult faces and adult bodies, or I skip it. A doll named after a character who’s a kid in the show, a small doll with a baby face, or any listing with youth wording is not cool, at all, and it’s not on this page. If I had to squint to decide, it’s out.

Heads up, I make a few bucks if you buy through my links, but that doesn’t change what I tell you. I’ll still tell you which ones I would avoid.

What an anime sex doll is, and who it’s for

An anime sex doll is a full-size doll styled like a Japanese cartoon or manga character: big eyes, bright wig, smooth painted face, and usually an exaggerated adult figure. “Hentai sex doll” and “hentai doll” are the same product. Stores use the word for listings with bigger breasts and more fantasy styling, like horns or elf ears.

Under the styling, it’s a normal full-size doll. Same skin choices, same metal skeleton, same 75-90 lb to carry around. My full-size doll rundown covers the basics.

It’s for the guy who likes the anime look and wants it on a grown woman’s body. If you want a doll that could pass for a real person, buy a realistic one and save yourself the screening work below.

The face-and-frame test: how I screen every anime doll

An anime doll passes only if both the face and the frame read as an adult woman, and the listing says nothing that points the other way. One out of two is a skip. That’s my face-and-frame test, and on this category it does most of the work.

Anime is the hardest corner of the doll market to screen. In October 2026 I went through one big multi-brand store’s whole anime category, over 500 listings. Of the 456 distinct titles with a height in them, 331 were under 5’3” (160 cm), and 172 were under 4’11” (150 cm). Every pick on this page comes from that store, which is why I link single listings from it and never the category. Short isn’t the problem. A 4’11” grown woman is a grown woman. Short plus a big-eyed cartoon face plus frilly styling is where it stops being a clear adult, and that’s most of what I skipped.

The same category had a 5’4” “cosplay” doll sold under the name of a character who is fourteen in her show. Tall body, kid’s character. That’s a skip no matter what the height says.

One true anime doll I liked got cut at the last step. The store sells it under the name of a real Japanese actress. It’s a cartoon face, not her likeness, but I don’t put a real woman’s name on a sex doll page without her say-so.

This isn’t just my taste either. Canadian border agents have seized dozens of child sex dolls and treat them as child pornography. My About page has the rest of where I stand.

Check Pass Skip
Face Adult features, makeup and proportions in every listing photo Baby face, tears-and-bows styling, anything I’d have to argue about
Frame 5’3” (160 cm) and up on this page, adult bust, waist and hips Small body sold with a cartoon face
Character and name A made-up name, or a character who’s clearly an adult A character who’s a minor in the source, or a real person’s name
Listing words Plain adult wording Any youth wording, anywhere on the page

What to look for on an anime doll listing

Check the weight, the skeleton and where it ships from before you fall for the wig. Anime listings are heavy on photos, light on specs.

Spec What it means in plain words What you want
Weight How much you lift to the shower every time One clear number. Some listings print two that disagree.
Skeleton The metal frame inside. “Fixed” holds a few poses, EVO is the common posable type. EVO or better on a full-size
Material TPE is the cheaper, softer, porous skin. Silicone costs more and cleans better. Silicone if you plan to keep her for years
Stock or made to order A stock tag means it sits in a warehouse now US stock if you want it this month
Body heating Built-in warmers you can add as an option Read the fine print. On some listings it rules out the EVO skeleton.

If you’re stuck on the skin, my TPE vs silicone breakdown does the cost math.

The anime sex doll picks that passed

Four dolls passed the face-and-frame test, all from one store, all 5’3” or taller. Three are worth buying. One I would avoid. Every price is as of October 2026, USD, with free shipping.

Zelex Yvonne: best anime look with a realistic face

Zelex Yvonne 170 cm doll with teal hair, nude, full body standing, seller photo
Photo: realsexdoll.com
Spec Yvonne (Zelex, sold by RealSexDoll)
Height 170 cm (5’7”)
Weight (doll / boxed) 79.6 lb (36.1 kg) in the spec block. The tags say 40-45 kg. Box 62.6 x 18.7 x 12.8 in (159 x 47.5 x 32.5 cm)
Measurements Bust 34.4 in (87.5 cm), waist 25.4 in (64.5 cm), hips 37 in (94 cm), C-cup
Material Full silicone
Skeleton EVO or EXP (Zelex’s upgraded posable frame)
Price $2,249
Shipping Free. No stock tag, so it’s made to order.

What’s good: the store files it under anime, but the face is a realistic adult woman with an anime-coloured wig. That’s the safe middle ground if you like the look but don’t want a cartoon face. The Yvonne listing has a movable jaw and a free weight-reduction option. It’s made to order, and RealSexDoll’s shipping page lists 15-20 days by air to the US.

What’s crap: two weights, 79.6 lb in the spec block and 88-99 lb in the tags. The listing doesn’t say how much the weight-reduction option takes off. Plan for the heavy number until the store tells you otherwise.

Skip it if you want the full cartoon face. It’s not here.

ElsaBabe Matsuo Nao: best anime face with real curves

ElsaBabe Matsuo Nao 163 cm silicone anime style sex doll standing in a navy dress and veil, seller photo
Photo: realsexdoll.com
Spec Matsuo Nao, head AHRC031 (ElsaBabe, sold by RealSexDoll)
Height 163 cm (5’4”)
Weight (doll / boxed) 86 lb (39 kg) body weight / boxed and box size not listed
Measurements Bust 39.4 in (100 cm), waist 20.1 in (51 cm), hips 39.4 in (100 cm), “L” breasts
Material Full silicone
Skeleton EVO (default, free on custom orders right now)
Price $3,150
Shipping Free. No stock tag, so it’s made to order.

What’s good: this is the real anime look on a plainly adult body. Big painted eyes, long dark hair, an evening gown and a choker in the listing photos, and a 39-inch bust and hips on a 20-inch waist. The Matsuo Nao listing is full silicone, and EVO is free on custom orders right now.

What’s crap: $3,150, a wait of weeks, and the heaviest doll on this page at 86 lb. Those curves are silicone, and silicone weighs. The listing doesn’t give a box size either, so you can’t check it against your door before you order.

Skip it if stairs are part of your trip to the shower. At 86 lb, this is a two-person carry for most guys.

ElsaBabe Akizuki Shimo: best tall anime doll

ElsaBabe Akizuki Shimo anime-style doll in a black and red gothic dress, seller photo
Photo: realsexdoll.com
Spec Akizuki Shimo, head AHRC036 (ElsaBabe, sold by RealSexDoll)
Height 176 cm (5’9”). The title says 5ft7, which is wrong.
Weight (doll / boxed) 81.6 lb (37 kg) body weight / boxed and box size not listed
Measurements Bust 33.9 in (86 cm), waist 21.7 in (55 cm), hips 37 in (94 cm), H-cup in the tags
Material Full silicone
Skeleton EVO (default, free on custom orders right now)
Price $3,150
Shipping Free. No stock tag, so it’s made to order.

What’s good: a tall, gothic, very adult anime look. The Akizuki Shimo listing puts a mature painted face on the tallest frame here, with the same free EVO deal as Nao.

What’s crap: $3,150, made to order, and 81.6 lb. It ties Nao for the priciest doll here. And a listing that gets its own height wrong in the title is sloppy as hell, which doesn’t fill me with confidence about the rest.

Skip it if you’re not sure you’re into the cartoon face yet. That’s a lot of money to find out. Yvonne gets you the anime wig on a realistic face for $901 less.

WM Vanna: skip it

WM Vanna 160 cm D-cup doll in black lingerie with horns and wings, full view, maker photo
Photo: realsexdoll.com
Spec Vanna (WM, sold by RealSexDoll)
Height 160 cm (5’3”)
Weight (doll / boxed) 77.2 lb (35 kg) / boxed not listed. Box 59.1 x 16.9 x 11 in (150 x 43 x 28 cm)
Measurements Bust 31.9 in (81 cm), waist 20.1 in (51 cm), hips 34.4 in (87.5 cm), D-cup
Material Full TPE
Skeleton Fixed, or EVO (currently a free upgrade)
Price $1,799
Shipping Free. No stock tag, so it’s made to order.

What’s good: WM lets you customize almost everything on the Vanna listing, and the demon styling with horns is clearly adult. EVO is free right now.

What’s crap: it’s TPE at $1,799, only $450 under Yvonne’s full silicone, and you wait weeks for it just the same. The listing also says EVO “is not compatible with the body heating function”, so you pick posing or heat, not both. That’s a shit trade at $1,799.

I would avoid it. Spend the extra $450 on Yvonne, because you get better skin, a posable skeleton, and the same wait.

Side by side

The four picks run $1,799 to $3,150 and 77.2 to 86 lb, and all four are made to order. USD, free shipping, as of October 2026. Check the checkout total for tax.

Pick Height Weight Skin Skeleton Stock Price with shipping
Zelex Yvonne 5’7” 79.6 lb (tags say more) Silicone EVO or EXP Made to order $2,249
ElsaBabe Matsuo Nao 5’4” 86 lb Silicone EVO Made to order $3,150
ElsaBabe Akizuki Shimo 5’9” 81.6 lb Silicone EVO Made to order $3,150
WM Vanna 5’3” 77.2 lb TPE Fixed or EVO Made to order $1,799 (skip it)

Weight and space: none of these is light

Every anime doll on this page is over 51 lb (23 kg), and that’s about the heaviest thing most people should lift on their own. Even that assumes the load held close, a good grip and no twisting. A floppy 80 lb doll gives you none of that, which is why full-size weight catches so many first-time buyers.

The lightest doll here, Vanna, is still 26 lb over that line, and Nao is 35 lb over. Run any of these through my Can I lift it? tool before you order, especially if there are stairs between the bed and the shower. The first time I carried a full-size to the shower I pulled something in my back. Lift with your legs, boys.

The boxes are big too. Yvonne’s is over 5 feet long. Two listings here don’t print a box size at all, which is a damn annoying thing to leave out of an 80 lb order. If your mom asks about a coffin-sized box in the hall, it’s a home gym. It’s always a home gym.

How much cleaning an anime doll takes

An anime doll cleans like any full-size doll, plus the wig and the painted face. Three of the four picks are silicone, and that’s a real advantage here.

Bedsider says nonporous materials like silicone can be cleaned and sanitized, while porous TPE can only be cleaned. That’s one more reason Vanna loses to Yvonne.

The painted face and the wig are the parts to go easy on, and the care rules differ by maker, so read the listing’s care notes before you scrub anything. My step-by-step doll cleaning guide covers the canal, the neck joint and drying, which is where it’s easiest to get it wrong.

Consider this before buying

Skip Vanna, skip anything that fails the face-and-frame test, and skip any anime listing too cheap to print a skeleton. Here’s how it shakes out.

  • Skip Vanna, get Yvonne. Silicone instead of TPE, a posable skeleton, for $450 more.
  • Skip the $3,150 dolls until you know you want the cartoon face, get Yvonne. Anime wig, adult realistic face, $901 less.
  • I would avoid the cheap anime listings, for now. The ones I found under $1,000 didn’t say what skeleton was inside, so none made this page. If your budget stops at $1,000, a torso doll is the honest buy. You lose the anime face, but you keep your money and your back.
  • Skip any doll named after a character you’re not sure about. Look up the character’s age before you look at the price. If she’s a minor in the show, the doll is out. No exceptions, whatever the lore says.
  • I would avoid small dolls with cartoon faces. Not cool, at all. You won’t find one here, and I won’t send you to that part of any store.

No, anime dolls don’t come with the theme song. They do come with an 80 lb box, so clear the hallway first.

Cheers, Craig
