Lightweight Sex Dolls: 6 Picks Checked Against the 51 lb Rule
Straight up: Everything here is true to the best of my knowledge on the day I checked it. Prices, specs and stock change, so I can't guarantee every last detail. The store's listing at checkout is what counts. Fine print.

A lightweight sex doll you can carry alone is a torso or a half-body, not a full-size. The lightest full body on any maker chart I checked in October 2026 is a 5’2” silicone frame at 54.2 lb (24.6 kg), and that’s before you screw the head on, with a foam core inside. Under 51 lb, the two I’d buy are a 27.3 lb torso at $399.99 and a 34 lb silicone half-body at $1,199.99, both with free US shipping.
Every listing calls itself light. So before any number on this page, ask one question: lighter than what?
Heads up, I make a few bucks if you buy through my links, but that doesn’t change what I tell you. I’ll still tell you which ones I would avoid.
What a lightweight sex doll is, and who it’s for
A lightweight sex doll is one you can lift out of bed and carry to the shower by yourself, every time, without planning it. For me that means under 51 lb (23 kg). That number comes from a workplace lifting standard, and I explain it further down.
There are two ways to get a light sex doll. You buy less body, like a torso or a half-body. Or you buy a full body that the maker has hollowed out with foam, which the industry calls weight reduction.
This page is for you if:
- You live in a walk-up, or the shower is down a hall from the bed.
- You’ve got a bad back, a bad knee or a shoulder that clicks.
- You lifted a full-size once and swore you’d never do it again.
One thing this page is not. Search for light dolls and a lot of what comes up is mini dolls, sold as the easy-to-carry option. Plenty of the dolls in that corner are made to look like they’re under age, and that’s not cool, at all. Making her smaller isn’t the fix. Every doll below has an adult face and an adult body, and if one looked borderline to me, I dropped it.
The lighter-than-what test
“Lightweight” on a listing means lighter than the same doll built the old way. It almost never means light. So I look for the second number: the weight she’d be without the upgrade, or in the other material.
One number plus the word “lightweight” tells you nothing. Here’s what the makers’ own second numbers show:
| Doll body | Heavy build | Light build | Saved | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starpery 172 cm (5’8”) | TPE 80.5 lb (36.5 kg) | Silicone 65 lb (29.5 kg) | 15.4 lb | Starpery 172F chart (linked in the Wayne pick) |
| Starpery 172 cm, older vs newer foam | 77+ lb (35+ kg), W.R. 3.0 | 63.9 lb (29 kg), W.R. 4.0 | about 13 lb | Starpery’s weight reduction page (linked below) |
| Tantaly Emilia half-body | 61 lb, per Tantaly | 34 lb | 27 lb | Tantaly’s listing (linked in the Emilia pick) |
| Zelex full-size (free option) | not stated | not stated | “up to 12 kg” (26.5 lb) | Joy Love Dolls Zelex listing |
That last row is the one that bugs the hell out of me. “Up to 12 kg” with no before or after number is a promise you can’t check. If you’re buying a doll with a free weight-reduction box ticked, email the store and ask what she weighs with it.

How weight reduction works, going by the makers
A weight reduction sex doll has some of its solid TPE or silicone swapped for a foam core. Less rubber, fewer pounds. Starpery explains its version in the most detail, so most of this is from its own page.
Starpery says its W.R. 4.0 joins the “doll skeleton + foam core + doll mold” into one piece, then pours the silicone slowly around it. The older 3.0 version had a problem: the heavy silicone squeezed the foam core during the pour.
The same page admits the downside, which I respect. It says “the defective rate has always been a problem for super weight reduction” and that lab results and mass production still show “a big difference”. No defect percentage is given, so I can’t tell you how big.
RealSexDoll’s Starpery listings, including the one in my pick below, add that W.R. 4.0 is available to all silicone body types except 153E and 175. So the current light build is listed for silicone bodies. The forum owner quoted below has an older TPE body with 3.0. Either way, on Starpery’s charts the silicone doll is the lighter one, which is backwards from what most guys expect.
Tantaly only says Emilia has a “lightweight flexible internal filling” under silicone.
What the foam costs you in use. One owner on The Doll Forum, a year into a Starpery with the older 3.0 foam, put it plainly: “With the weight reduction there’s a lot of hard foam in the doll’s body, which further limits the positioning of her in certain poses.” That’s one buyer and an older version. It’s still the trade I’d expect: lighter body, stiffer middle.
The lightweight sex doll picks, lightest first (October 2026)
These six are the light dolls I could fill a complete spec row for this month: height, weight, material, skeleton, price, shipping and where she ships from. I dropped others for a missing weight, and a couple for a look I’d call borderline on the adults screen.
Straight up, four of the six are Starpery bodies, and the Starpery links are affiliate links like the rest. The reason is simple: Starpery prints a TPE and a silicone weight side by side, which is exactly what the lighter-than-what test needs. This is specs, listings, a couple of buyer quotes and a few owner reports from Reddit. None of these dolls has been through my place.
Prices are USD, as of October 2026.
| Pick | Best for | Height | Weight | Under 51 lb? | Price, shipped |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tantaly Britney 2.0 | Under 51 lb on a budget | 19.3 in (49 cm) | 27.3 lb (12.4 kg) | Yes | $399.99 |
| Starpery 85 cm G-cup torso | Silicone torso | 33.5 in (85 cm) | 31.3 lb (14.2 kg) | Yes | $1,299 |
| Tantaly Emilia | Half-body with legs | 32.7 in (83 cm) | 34 lb (15.8 kg) | Yes | $1,199.99 |
| Starpery Mio | Skip it for now | 5’2” (159 cm) | 51.8 lb listed, 54.2 lb (24.6 kg) on the maker chart | No, close | $1,850 |
| Starpery Hao | Full-size, fast | 5’4” (163 cm) | 65 lb (29.5 kg) + head | No | $1,850 |
| Starpery Wayne | Tall and light | 5’8” (172 cm) | 65 lb (29.5 kg) body | No | $2,600 |
On a budget and set on a full body? Light full-size starts at $1,850 on this page. The cheapest full body I could fully spec this month is AiniDoll’s 5’2” (158 cm) Aubrie, at $649.99 shipped from a US warehouse. Her listing says 72.8 lb (33 kg) of TPE, and doesn’t say if that counts the head.
That’s about what Hao weighs with her head on, for $1,200 less. Neither one is light. So with $800 to spend, you get a full body you carry like a person, or Britney at 27.3 lb, but not both.
Store facts: AiniDoll · Type: own brand plus marketplace (maker partner in China) · Storefront: online only · Based in: Boston, MA, USA · Ships from: US, Canada, EU and Australia warehouses · Ships to: US, Canada, EU, Australia · Canada: shipping surcharge on US-warehouse dolls, and the listing says you “may or may not” pay import tax, “usually 50 - 100 CAD”
Tantaly Britney 2.0: best under 51 lb on a budget

The lightest pick here, and she gets there the simple way: there’s just less of her. No foam listed, no tech. A torso with no legs and no head.
| Spec | Britney 2.0 |
|---|---|
| Height | 19.3 in (49 cm) |
| Weight | 27.3 lb (12.4 kg) net, 35.9 lb (16.3 kg) boxed |
| Material | TPE |
| Skeleton | None listed on the spec block |
| Box | 22.2 x 17.5 x 11.4 in (56.5 x 44.4 x 29 cm) |
| Price | $399.99 at Tantaly, free US shipping |
What’s good: she’s 23.7 lb under the 51 lb line, and the weight is printed right in the product title. The listing shows 529 reviews. She ships within 48 hours with 3-5 business day delivery.
What’s crap: it’s TPE, which is porous and needs more cleaning and drying than silicone. And she fails the lighter-than-what test in a funny way: she’s not lighter than anything. She’s just small.
Store facts: Tantaly · Type: maker-direct (brand’s own store) · Storefront: online only · Based in: US address (c/o Hebron, KY) · Ships from: US · Ships to: US, free, 3-5 business days · Canada: separate Canadian store at tantaly.ca
Skip it if you want legs to hold onto. Get Emilia, below.
Starpery 85 cm G-cup torso: best lightweight silicone torso

A lightweight silicone sex doll in torso form, for guys who want the easier-to-clean material without the weight. Starpery builds it with W.R. 4.0 by default.
| Spec | 85 cm G-cup torso |
|---|---|
| Height | 33.5 in (85 cm) |
| Weight | 31.3 lb (14.2 kg) silicone, per the 85G body chart. Boxed weight not listed |
| Material | Silicone body and head (default configuration) |
| Skeleton | Gear skeleton |
| Price | $1,299 at Starpery, “Tax included. Shipping free.” |
| Stock | Made to order: 5-10 business days to build, 5-12 to ship |
What’s good: silicone at 31.3 lb is still almost 20 lb under the line. Canadians, there’s a version with a hard silicone head sitting in Starpery’s Canadian stock at $999, one unit when I checked. That page doesn’t print a currency code, so confirm it before you pay.
What’s crap: the chart lists no TPE weight for this body (“N/A”), so there’s no second number. You also pay $899 more than Britney for about 4 lb more doll. You’re paying for silicone, not for lightness.
Store facts: Starpery · Type: maker-direct (brand’s own store) · Storefront: online only · Based in: China (maker) · Ships from: US, Canada, EU and AU warehouses, plus the factory · Ships to: worldwide, free · Canada: Canadian stock. Default DDP shipping: Starpery says it covers customs clearance, duties and VAT for most destinations
Skip it if this is your first doll and you’re not sure you’re into it. $1,299 is a lot to find out.
Tantaly Emilia: best half-body with legs under 51 lb

The one pick on this page that passes the lighter-than-what test with a real number. Tantaly says her torso went from 61 lb to 34 lb.
| Spec | Emilia |
|---|---|
| Height | 32.7 in (83 cm), with legs |
| Weight | 34 lb net (the listing also prints 15.8 kg, which is 34.8 lb). 49.6 lb (22.5 kg) boxed |
| Material | Medical-grade liquid silicone outer layer over a “lightweight flexible internal filling” |
| Skeleton | Upgraded EVO skeleton |
| Box | 36.6 x 18.1 x 12.6 in (93 x 46 x 32 cm) |
| Price | $1,199.99 at Tantaly, free US shipping. $1,359.99 on Tantaly’s Canadian store (check the currency at checkout), free 5-7 business day shipping |
What’s good: she’s got hips and legs to hold and still comes in 17 lb under the line. Tantaly claims the build cuts weight by about 40% versus a traditional silicone body. One buyer on the listing, Thomas W., wrote: “At 34 lbs, I can move Emilia around without making it a whole project.”
What’s crap: the washing rules. Tantaly says to fit a waterproof plug before cleaning and to “Never submerge the product in water”. Five reviews is also a thin record for a $1,200 doll.
Store facts: Tantaly · Same as Britney above. Canada: tantaly.ca lists Emilia separately, with free shipping
Skip it if you want to rinse her in the tub, because you can’t.
Starpery Mio: skip it until the store confirms the weight

She’s built on the lightest sex doll frame with a full body that I found, and her listing still can’t agree with itself.
| Spec | Mio, W.R. 4.0 |
|---|---|
| Height | 5’2” (159 cm) |
| Weight | 51.8 lb (23.5 kg) in the spec block. The same page’s tags file her under 30-35 kg and 35-40 kg (66 to 88 lb) |
| Material | Spec block and order option say full silicone. The same page’s tags also file her under “Silicone Head & TPE body” |
| Skeleton | Upgraded gear skeleton |
| Package | 150 x 40 x 28 cm (59 x 15.7 x 11 in) |
| Price | $1,850 at RealSexDoll, free shipping, US stock |
What’s good: if she’s really full silicone, Starpery’s chart puts her body at 54.2 lb. With a head, using the 4.4-5.5 lb head weight on the Hao listing below, that’s about 59 to 60 lb. Nothing full-size I checked comes lighter, and she’s in a US warehouse.
What’s crap: one listing, two weights and two materials. Starpery’s own body list puts her 159 cm frame at 54.2 lb (24.6 kg) in silicone and 67.9 lb (30.8 kg) in TPE. So the spec block fits silicone and the filter table fits TPE. One of them is wrong, and that’s a shit way to list an $1,850 doll.
Store facts: RealSexDoll · Type: authorized reseller (multi-brand, claims brand certificates) · Storefront: online only · Based in: unclear (a San Francisco address with a Hong Kong postcode) · Ships from: US, EU and Canada warehouses · Ships to: worldwide, free · Canada: Canada stock, duty help
I would avoid her until the store confirms her weight and material, body and head, in writing. If they say TPE, she’s 67.9 lb before the head, and Hao, below, is the better buy.
Starpery Hao: best lightweight full-size you can get fast

A full body, 5’4”, from a US warehouse, at about 70 lb with her head on. That’s light for a full-size and heavy for your back.
| Spec | Hao, W.R. 4.0 |
|---|---|
| Height | 5’4” (163 cm) |
| Weight | Body 65 lb (29.5 kg), head 4.4-5.5 lb (2-2.5 kg). About 70 lb all in. Starpery’s 163G chart puts the same body at 77.2 lb (35 kg) in TPE. Package size “N/A” |
| Material | Full silicone (the URL says TPE body, the title and spec block say full silicone) |
| Skeleton | Upgraded gear skeleton |
| Price | $1,850 at RealSexDoll, free shipping, US stock |
Why she passes when Mio doesn’t: Hao’s title and spec block both say full silicone, and her 65 lb body matches Starpery’s silicone chart to the decimal. She’s in US stock. The only conflict is the URL, not the listing itself.
What’s good: the listing splits body and head weight, which most listings I read don’t. On my full-size doll picks, every TPE doll but one is 83.8 lb or more, so 70 lb is a real drop. The store’s shipping page says DDP for most countries, with Norway, Israel and Switzerland named as exceptions.
What’s crap: she’s still about 19 lb over the line. And the URL calls her TPE, so check the material on your order confirmation.
Store facts: RealSexDoll · Same as Mio above. Where it can’t prepay duties, it says it covers up to 50% of them (max $150)
Skip it if you need under 51 lb. No full-size on this page gets there with a number I’d trust.
Starpery Wayne: best tall and light

5’8” and the same 65 lb as Hao, so you get four more inches for no extra weight. Starpery prints both material weights on one chart, so she passes the lighter-than-what test cleanly.
| Spec | Wayne |
|---|---|
| Height | 5’8” (172 cm) |
| Weight | Silicone 65 lb (29.5 kg), TPE 80.5 lb (36.5 kg), per the 172F chart. The chart shows the body only |
| Material | Silicone (default). TPE is an option |
| Skeleton | Gear skeleton, W.R. 4.0 |
| Price | $2,600 at Starpery, tax included, free shipping |
| Stock | Made to order: 5-10 business days to build, 5-12 to ship |
What’s good: choosing silicone over TPE saves 15.4 lb on this body. If you want shorter, the 5’1” Nieve is the same price, and her chart reads 63.9 lb (29 kg) in silicone against 77.2 lb (35 kg) in TPE.
What’s crap: $2,600, built to order, so you wait 10 to 22 business days. And she’s still a 5’8” body you carry like a person.
Store facts: Starpery · Same as the 85 cm torso above: maker-direct, ships from China or its warehouses, default DDP
I would avoid it if your budget is under $2,000. Hao is the same weight for $750 less.
The 51 lb rule, and the box she comes in
About 51 lb (23 kg) is the most one person should lift alone, and only with the load hugged close, a solid grip and no twisting. A doll is never that easy.
A doll has no handles, her limbs flop and you’re lifting her off a bed, so your real limit sits lower. Treat 51 lb as the ceiling, not the goal. Three picks here are under it: Britney, the Starpery torso and Emilia.
If you want your own number, my lift calculator runs the lifting math for a doll coming off a bed. Most full-size dolls fail it badly.
The box weighs more than the doll. Emilia is 34 lb but ships at 49.6 lb, and Britney goes from 27.3 lb to 35.9 lb. Carry the box in, open it on the floor, and lift her out. Don’t haul the whole carton up the stairs.
Storage gets easier too. A 33-inch half-body fits on a closet shelf. A 5’8” body needs a hook or a long box, light or not. Whatever hook you buy, read its load rating the way I’d read one on a cable.
For how every type stacks up, I keep a weight table for each kind of doll. And if you’re in Canada, Canada Post caps parcels at 30 kg (66 lb), so any full-size goes by courier. That affects your duty and tax, which my guide to Canadian customs on dolls breaks down.
Cleaning a weight-reduced doll
A lighter doll is easier to carry to the shower, but some light builds can’t go under the water.
- Read the listing’s washing rules before you buy. Emilia’s say to plug the internal vents and never submerge her. If you planned on the tub, she’s the wrong doll.
- Silicone: water-based lube only. Tantaly says silicone dolls are “not compatible with silicone-based lubricants”.
- TPE needs more care than silicone. It’s porous, so Britney needs a full flush and a full dry every time.
- Dry everything. Water that gets inside a filled body has nowhere to go. That’s my read, not a maker test, but it’s why I’d dry these dolls longer, not shorter.
My step-by-step on washing a doll covers soap, drying and powder.
What owners say about going lighter
Four owners in one r/SexDolls thread, and they don’t agree. Going lighter made it easier for one, and cost another the body they wanted. All four posted in a January 2025 thread on 75 to 90 lb dolls. None of them is talking about a doll on this page, and their dolls are probably older builds than the W.R. 4.0 charts above.
- Downsizing worked. u/kingkkk7 says their first doll was 77 lb and they “quite immediatly regretted” it. The next one is 48 lb, which is under the 51 lb line, and they now enjoy it in several positions.
- Going lighter than you wanted backfires. u/wtfever78 took the forum advice to stay at 65 to 75 lb, bought a 75 lb doll, and finds her easy to move. Still: “my total regret is the fact that I did not get the dolls that I wanted in the first place which way 85 to 95 pounds.” That’s the mistake I’d hate to make: paying for light and living with a doll you didn’t want.
- Weight reduction may cost softness. u/MasterJ360 told their vendor to leave it off: “I know it comes with a sacrifice of body softness.” The forum owner above said hard foam limits poses. Same trade-off, different symptom, and two owners isn’t a lab test.
- Lighter than 86 lb would have done it. u/Kichan25: “At 86lbs i wish i had slightly lighter, maybe 70-75lbs”. That’s about where Hao lands with her head on.
Two of these owners are fine well over 51 lb. That’s why I call it a ceiling, not a law, and why the lift calculator beats any one number. My fix, in order:
- Pick the body shape you actually want.
- Look up the maker’s chart for that shape’s lightest build. On Starpery’s charts, that’s silicone.
- Still over 51 lb? Get a torso with the same curves, not a slimmer full-size you’ll resent.
Consider this before buying
Skip any listing that says “lightweight” with only one number. Most lightweight sex dolls are sold that way. Get one that prints the heavy build too, like Starpery’s charts.
I would avoid a full-size if you need under 51 lb. None I could verify gets there, and the light ones start at $1,850. Get Emilia for legs or Britney for the budget, and read why most guys should start with a torso.
Skip Mio until the store answers. Get Hao if you want a full body from US stock and you can handle 70 lb.
I would avoid TPE if weight matters most at Starpery. On the four charts I read, the silicone body is 12 to 15 lb lighter.
Skip the free “weight reduction” checkbox as a reason to buy. Without a before and after number, it’s a checkbox, not a spec.
Want a doll that weighs nothing? That’s called a stroker. Weigh her before you fall for her face.
Cheers, Craig
